Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of FIR No.633/2024 under Section 376 IPC, P.S.IGI Airport and also the chargesheet bearing No.01/2024 filed before the learned ACJM-01, New Delhi in the case titled "State vs. Mohit Dubey". 2.

The learned Prosecutor has submitted that the chargesheet has been filed and the supplementary chargesheet in respect of the subsequent pen drive provided by the Complainant shall be filed soon. 3.

The quashing of FIR is sought on merits on the ground that no prima facie case is made out since it is a case of relationship on the pretext of false promise of marriage by the Complainant who was already married.
