This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the correct Court of territorial jurisdiction and petitioner, therefore, will get the benefit of the principle contained in Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, inasmuch as, the petitioner was under the bonafide belief of existence of territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
