The present petition purports to assail the LOC/s that were opened against the petitioner in connection with FIR No. 173/2016,dated 05.10.2016,registered at PS Crime Branch, Dwarka. An LOC is also stated to have been opened at the behest of the Income Tax Department. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1/Bureau of Immigration submits that the LOCs opened against the petitioner are no longer in subsistence. It is confirmed that as on date, no LOC is in subsistence so as to impede the petitioner's travel out of India.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
