% 10.12.2025 1.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition realising that the Court is not inclined to interfere with the Impugned Orders dated 25.11.2025 and 04.12.2025 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal ["DRT"].

2.

In this case, the Respondent was dis-possessed on the day when the stay was granted in favour of the Respondent by the learned DRT. The Respondent is rendered homeless. Hence, while permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, direction is issued for restoration of possession of the property in question forthwith, and in case of non-compliance, liberty is granted to the Respondent to file an appropriate application in accordance with law.
