% 25.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by these petitions, petitioner had challenged the condition of deposit of Z10 lacs imposed by the Trial Court while granting permission to the petitioner to travel abroad. However, the petitioner has died,

therefore, the petitions have become infructuous. In view of the above, abovenoted petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
