% 25.04.2018 The petitioners claim to be squatting at Sector 21, New Service Road, Gate No. 1, Metro Station, Dwarka. The complaint of the petitioners is primarily against the officials of the respondent No. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the officials of respondent No. 1 are harassing the petitioners and are not allowing them to vend. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, on instructions from SI Durgesh, submits that the allegations are baseless and unfounded. She submits that the respondents only act at the instance of the MCD and in case no complaint is received, there would be no occasion for the officials of respondents to harass the petitioners.

Binding the respondents to the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents today in Court, the present writ petition as well as pending application are disposed of.
