The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. and Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "(i) quash and set aside the said proceedings bearing Case No. 7126 of 2017 which are presently pending before CRL.M.C.- 93/2025 the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), 03/ South-West, Dwarka, New Delhi, and in this regard; and (ii) pass any other order/orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the complainant in the present case has since passed away which is a matter of record.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer for expeditious disposal of trial.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 8.

Learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the trial in the present case is completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months.
