The present petition under Sections 438/442 of the BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Sections 397/401 of the Cr.P.C.) read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- " So keeping in view of the facts and circumstances mentioned above, it is humbly prayed that the charge framed against the petitioner in this case vide order dated 31.05.2024 passed by Shri Gautam Manan, Learned ASJ-09, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in SC No. 394/2022, FIR No. 668/2021, P.S. Tilak Nagar (State Vs. Parminder Singh) may kindly be revised to under section 324 IPC in place of Section 307 IPC.

Summon the entire record of the case bearing SC No. 394/2022, FIR No. 668/2021, P.S. Tilak Nagar (State V/s Parminder Singh) and peruse the same and consequently set aside the said impugned order dated 31.05.2024 passed by Shri Gautam Manan, Learned ASJ-09, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in SC No. 394/2022, FIR No. 668/2021, P.S.
