The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the minor son of the petitioner namely Ms. 'S' (aged about 17 years).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue has been recovered and therefore, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
