The Petitioner is a life convict in FIR No. 859/2004 under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S. Sangam Vihar. He seeks parole for a period of six weeks to attend his LL.B. classes and to maintain social ties with his family and friends.

As per the nominal roll, as on 29th October, 2025, the Petitioner has been in custody for 19 years and 5 days. His jail conduct for the last one year is recorded as satisfactory; however, his overall conduct is noted as unsatisfactory on account of two punishments imposed earlier. 1 "IPC"
