Mr. Hashrat Nabi says that in terms of the settlement arrived at with the respondents, out of approximately Rs. 130 crores, the petitioner has received near about Rs. 127 crores. 2.

Given these circumstances, Mr. Nabi says that the writ petition can be closed with liberty to proceed against the respondents if there is default qua the balance amount.
