This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [in short, 'Act'] seeking appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.

Mr. Ninad Dogra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of present petition, the parties have arrived at a settlement, and the Conciliated Agreement dated 15.01.2026 has been executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short, 'Centre'].

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, who have joined through V.C., submit that the parties shall abide by the terms of the aforesaid Conciliated Agreement. The statement is taken on record and the parties are bound down to the same.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
