This petition has been filed under Section 29A(5), Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("A&C Act") seeking extension of the period for rendering the Arbitral Award.

The arguments before the Arbitral Tribunal have concluded, and extension has been sought from the Arbitral Tribunal for rendering the award. 4.

The last extension was granted by this Court was on 05th September, 2024, for a period of 4 months, till 05th January, 2025. 5.

Accordingly, prayer for extension is allowed. 6.

The mandate of Arbitral Tribunal is extended from 05th January, 2025 to 31st March, 2025 to enable the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the award. 7.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
