The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 251/2024 of Police Station Special Cell for offence under Section 420/120-B IPC. 2.

After part arguments, on the basis of specific submission of the IO/Inspector Davendra Singh that investigation qua the accused/applicant Ali Mohsin is complete, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the learned trial court after framing of charge. However, as requested by learned counsel for accused/applicant, the trial court is requested to prepone the hearing on charge from 20.04.2026 to some date in mid-March according to convenience of court9s calendar. 3.

As requested, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
