Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and accepts notice. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR no. 311/2017 under Sections 506/509/34 IPC registered at police station Geeta Colony on the complaint of respondent no. 2 and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Yashpal of police station Geeta Colony. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before Delhi Mediation Centre,

Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 12th February, 2018. Respondent no. 2 says that terms of the settlement have already been complied with, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 is also on record at pages 25-27. During the investigation, Sections 323/354-A IPC were added.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 311/2017 under Sections 323/354-A/506/509/34 IPC registered at police station Geeta Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
