% 06.04.2018 Issue notice. Mr. Mehra accepts notice on behalf of the State. He has tendered in Court a status report, which is taken on record. The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek a writ of Habeas Corpus for production of his daughter Chhavi. Even according to the petitioner, Chhavi is a major and she has married to respondent No.4. The respondent No.4 and the daughter of the petitioner Chhavi are also present. Chhavi, who is present in Court with her husband, states that she has got married to respondent No.4 out of her own free will and accord
