The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No. 1 has admitted before the learned Trial Court that the daughters no longer require any maintenance. 2.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition in view of the changed circumstances.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
