Counsels for parties inform that settlement was arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 08th December 2025, and seek disposal of the present appeal.

Settlement Agreement has been perused and the Court finds it lawful and acceptable.

3.

Settlement amount of Rs.2,70,000/- has been agreed to, out of which Rs.90,000/- has already been received by the claimant, as confirmed by counsel appearing for claimant.

An amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was deposited before the Registrar General of this Court pursuant to order dated 10th January 2025. This amount, along The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with accrued interest shall be released by the Registry to the claimant. 5.

As regards the balance amount of Rs.30,000/-, as per the settlement, the said amount shall be paid at the time of consideration of quashing petition in respect of FIR No.101/2019, PS Kotwali.

Settlement agreement has been signed by respective parties and counter-signed by respective counsels.

Registry is directed to execute the directions as noted above. 8.

An additional point has been mentioned by respective counsels that the name of claimant, as per his Aadhaar Card, is 'Dhruv Sharma', son of Sh. Mukesh Sharma. His date of birth is 20th December 1995. However, due to some typographical error, he has been arrayed as 'Dhurav Sharma' in the appeal, as well as, in the impugned award.

Accordingly, Registry to take note of this, in order that these directions passed by this Court may be executed properly. 10.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of as rendered infructuous.
