Petitioners/defendants have assailed order dated 18.11.2025 of the learned commercial court, whereby their application under Order VIII Rule 1A(3) CPC read with Order XI Rule 1(7) and (10) CPC was dismissed. Paragraph 7 of the impugned order bears the crux. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

As requested by learned counsel, it is made clear that subject to specific pleadings, if any, the petitioners may ask the relevant witness to produce the records.
