Mr. Kartik Malhotra, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that they have no objection in case the prayer of the petitioner is allowed in terms of prayer (a) extracted hereunder: "a. Remove/cancel the entry pertaining to Impugned Registration of trademark registered under no.5035413 in Class 6, from the Register of Trademarks with exemplary costs in favour of the Petitioner/KPL and against Respondent No.1."

In view of the above, the petitions are disposed of in terms of prayer (a). The parties are directed to cooperate to ensure the smooth implementation of the present order.
