These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 57(2) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 for cancellation/rectification of Registration Nos. 4493633 in Class 16, 4493634 in Class 35, 4493635 in Class 38 and 4493636 in Class 41 respectively, for trademark registered in the name of Respondent No. 1.

The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn in light of the settlement between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 along with pending applications.
