% 04.04.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents states that recruitment rules have been duly notified on 30th March, 2016. Paragraph 7 of the said notification reads as under:- "7.

Initial Constitution:- The incumbents holding the posts of Protection Officer on the date of issue of this notification, shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of these rules provided they are deemed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as specified under the Recruitment Rules to the post and having been declared as eligible by a Screening Committee constituted by the Appointing Authority to the given post. Matter relating to probation and other terms and conditions of the service/post may be determined in accordance with the extant DoP&T guidelines as applicable thereto."

In view of the aforesaid position, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
