These are the applications filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the

time for making the arbitral awards be extended for a further period of one year.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of evidence. Both the counsel further confirmed that there has been no delay on the part of the Arbitral Tribunal in holding the said proceedings. In view of the above submissions, the joint request made by the parties is acceded to and the time for making the arbitral awards is extended by a further period of one year from today that is till 05.04.2019. 2.

The applications are disposed of in the above terms. 3.
