Appellant Harish Chand Bachani is reported to have expired. 3.

Mr. Sanjay Gupta Advocate, who represents Appellant states that widow of appellant (since deceased) has filed Vakalatnama on his behalf and that she does not want to continue with the appeal. 4.

The surety of appellant stands discharged. The documents i.e. FDR on record, be released to the surety on identification and under acknowledgement.

The factum of death of appellant has been verified by the prosecution. 6.
