Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has already reached a settlement with one Mr. Adishwar Jain and so far as the present case is concerned, the entire claims stands satisfied. He further submits that the petitioner only stood as a guarantor. 3.

In view of the above statement of the learned counsel for the respondent that all the dues are settled, nothing more survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
