Petition under Section 528 read with Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to modify bail condition in regard to surrender of the Passport, imposed by this Court vide Order dated 27.09.2013 in BAIL APPLN.1268/2013 in RC No. 2172013A0004/CBI/ACU-IV/New Delhi, under Sections 7/8/12 of PC Act, 1988 and Section 120B IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent CBI appears on advance Notice. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has travelled for more than 18 times in the last 10 years. Pursuant to grant of Bail, he never misused the liberty and Petitioner has always complied with the terms and conditions of traveling abroad. It is submitted that a similar condition imposed in Bail Application of co-accused Vijay Singla has been modified by this Court vide Order dated 16.01.2025. Prayer is therefore, made that condition be accordingly modified.

trial since more than 12 years, condition No.3 of Paragraph 53 of Bail Order dated 27.09.2013 in BAIL APPLN. 1268/2013, is hereby modified to the extent that the Passport of the Petitioner be returned to him, but every time, when Petitioner intends to travel abroad, he shall submits is itinerary and information with the learned Trial Court, in accordance with law. 5.
