% 20.02.2017 This is the petition filed for enforcement of an arbitral award dated 30.01.2012. It is stated that a petition for setting aside the said award has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') (OMP No. 601/2012) which is pending consideration. In this view, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh subject to outcome of the OMP No. 601/2012.
