Pursuant to previous order dated 10th March 2026, Mr. Shubham Singh, Advocate, appears for respondent no.2/M/s Manastu Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and states that he has perused the proposed terms of settlement between the petitioner and respondent no.1 and has no objection that the Revision Petition 31/2025 and civil suit No.4337/2024 be disposed of in terms of the settlement.

Ms. Ujjaini Chatterji/Respondent is present in Court, Ms. Rainy Sharma is also present through VC and are duly identified by counsels. 3.

Terms of the settlement are as under:

I.

Petitioner/Ms. Rainy Sharma shall pay an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- to respondent/Ms. Ujjaini Chatterji on or before 31st March 2026. transferred into Savings Bank Account in name of Ms. Ujjaini Chatterji, having account no. 50100165623804, IFSC: HDFC0000354, Branch: Sarjarpur Road. A written communication/email shall be sent by counsel for petitioner to the counsel for respondent, confirming the same. II.

Petitioner will unconditionally withdraw the pending proceedings/ petitions, being Revision Petition 31/2025 before Bar Council of India (BCI).

Respondent undertakes to withdraw Criminal Case being CT. Case No. 355/2025 filed by them before the Saket Courts & Civil Suit No. 4337/2024 before the Patiala House Courts. 4.

Needless to say, nothing in these case proceedings and those agreed to be withdrawn, will be used to the prejudice of either the petitioner or respondent no.1.

Parties and counsels for parties have agreed that the terms and contents of the settlement shall be kept confidential to preserve the privacy of the parties.

These terms will form a full and final settlement between the parties. Parties agree not to file any other claims or proceedings against each other.

Petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous.
