This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 09 months to make and publish the final Award.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter is at the stage of final arguments and hence, the delay. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Mishra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.
