The present petition under Section 25B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "(i). To set aside the impugned order and judgment dated 07.08.2024, passed by Ms. Neetu Shanna, CCJ-cmn-ARC (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in eviction petition No. RC ARC 424/2022, titled as, 'Shri Sunil Anand & Ors. Vs. Shri Rajender Pal Varmani'. (ii). Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may be passed in favour of the petitioners and against the respondent." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter is fixed before the learned ARC for respondent's evidence and in view of the same seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with a prayer for expeditious disposal.
