The present petition seeking Inter-District transfer of Ct. Case No. 1109/2020 titled Mohd. Adil v. Sunil Kumar has been placed before this Court pursuant to the order of the Registrar General dated 05th December, 2025. The reference emanates from the request made by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, based on the observations recorded by Mr. Pankaj Rai, JMFC-01, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, in his order dated 07th November, 2025, noting that a prior instituted complaint case bearing Ct. Case No. 2033/2020 inter se the same parties is pending before the Court of Ms. Manisha Bhau, JMFC (NI Act), Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, and that in terms of Section 142A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, the present complaint be transferred to avoid the possibility of conflicting judgments. 2.

In view of the minutes of the Administrative and General Supervision Committee dated 15th April, 2019, as noted in Registrar General's order dated 05th December, 2025, and considering that Ct. Case No. 1109/2020 titled Mohd. Adil v. Sunil Kumar, presently pending before the Court of Mr. Pankaj Rai, JMFC-01, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, requires Inter-District transfer for adjudication by the same Magistrate where the prior instituted complaint case is pending, the said case is hereby transferred to the Court of Ms. Manisha Bhau, JMFC (NI Act), Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, where Ct. Case No. 2033/2020 inter se the same parties is pending.

Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 24th December 2025. The petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be sent immediately without any failure to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, for information and necessary compliance.
