% 12.01.2017 Mr. Mahindro points out that the two appellant companies have already gone into liquidation even before conclusion of the trial. The Official Liquidator has been appointed in respect of both the companies. Therefore, this appeal could not have been maintained at the instance of Vijay Kumar Gupta. Mr. Mahindro submits that the appeal has been preferred since recovery of the fine imposed on the said companies has been sought to be made from Vijay Kumar Gupta. He submits that Vijay Kumar Gupta was named as accused No.4. He was acquitted in the case. In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is not competent and is,
