This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS/428 Cr. PC for quashing of FIR bearing No. 274/2024, under Section 76/329(4), 121(2) & 3(5) of BNSS in terms of memorandum of understanding/settlement dated 01.12.2024.

Learned APP, at the outset, states that complainant is not joining the investigation, inasmuch as, as per allegations, there were three boys who were involved in the incident. He states that investigation is still at an infancy stage.
