"a. Set aside the impugned order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the Ld. Trial Court of Sh Gaurav Sharma, ACJ /CCJ /ARC District Shahdara KKD Courts, Delhi in Eviction petition No. 228/2018 Titled as Sh. Jag Mohan Vs. Sh. Sat Prakash, in the interest of justice. Thereby dismissing the leave to defend application filed by the respondent, and consequent eviction order qua the suit shop favoring the petitioner and against the respondent. b.

Call for the trial court records.

pass any such other orders as the court may deems fit and proper in the light of given circumstances and thus render justice." 3.
