The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking protection from Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. It is stated that Respondent No. 3 is the mother of Petitioner No. 1 and the Respondent No. 4 is the maternal uncle of Petitioner No. 1.

It is stated that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 do not approve of the marriage of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, and therefore, the Petitioners apprehend coercive action against them from Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 including lodging of false complaints.

Learned counsel for Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 states that Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are presently in Punjab and will be returning to Delhi and residing at the address mentioned in the memo of parties. 4.
He states, however, Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 fear for their safety and security and are therefore, seeking police protection. 5.

the SHO and Beat Constable will be provided to Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 as well as their counsel and the officer shall be responsive to any calls received from Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, who are present in Court have made a statement before this Court that they are aware that Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are married and they undertake that they will not create any hindrance or obstruction in Petitioner's marital life and they have no objection to their marriage.

The Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 have joined the proceedings along with their counsel through VC link.

The Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 upon their return to Delhi will duly intimate the concerned SHO and the Beat Constable that they have arrived in Delhi, so that the SHO and Beat Constable can give necessary assistance, as and when, called for.

The State is bound down to the statement made before the Court and the petition is disposed of in terms thereof. 10.
