The present petition under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:
"a. The present petition may kindly be allowed and the order dated 09.04.2024 passed by the Ld. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi - In Case Fir. No: 218/2000 U/S 419, 420, 468, 471 IPC & 12 Of PP Act be set- aside b. The Non-bailable warrants issued to the Petitioner vide order dated 24.04.2003 as passed by the Ld. Additional CMM, Patiala House may kindly be cancelled.
c. The order dated 23.01.2006 as passed by the Ld. Additional CMM, Patiala may kindly be recalled and the Proclamation proceedings started against the petitioner may kindly be dropped in the interest of Justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court at the first instance.
