CS(OS) No.2053/2012 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that present suit is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, hence suit be transferred to the District Judge in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff further submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts

Complex, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts Complex, New Delhi on 14th January, 2016.

Registry to transmit the file to the said court forthwith.

Date fixed in that matter, that is, 2nd March, 2016 before the Joint Registrar is cancelled.
