% 27.08.2018 The petition at hand seeks quashing of the proceedings arising out of FIR No.384/2012 under Section 304-A of the IPC of Police Station Tilak Nagar on the ground the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the father of the deceased employee.

The status report dated 23.08.2018 has come on record and indicates that death of Saroj Kumar had occurred on 01.10.2012 due to fall from height, this being subject matter of investigation into FIR wherein allegations were made of negligence on the part of one Mohd. Inam. The petitioner is not even named as an accused in the criminal case arising out of the said FIR.

The petition is misconceived. It is dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J.
