By this petition the petitioner who is the complainant in case FIR No.246/2014 under Section 306 IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar, Delhi seeks constitution of a special investigation team for investigation of the FIR or directions to CBI to investigate the offence. 2.

Status report has been filed by the DCP concerned, as per which after conclusion of investigation a closure report has been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 27th July, 2018 and the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 3rd August, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since a closure report has been filed, the petitioner would take his remedies by filing a protest petition, if so advised and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. W.P.(CRL) 1326/2018
