The present petition seeks implementation of the directions contained in the order dated 07.05.2025, passed in Eviction Petition No. 620/2022 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 4.

It is pointed out that although an appeal has been filed against the order dated 07.05.2025, no interim order has been passed in the said appeal that would prevent enforcement of the directions contained in the order dated 07.05.2025.
