I.P.A. 7/2018 & I.As. 7943/2018, 7944/2018, 2701/2019 The Ld. counsel for the Respondents submits that this Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present suit as none of the Respondents are in Delhi and the immovable properties are also not located in Delhi. On the next date, the Plaintiff to satisfy the Court on both the question of indigency and also the maintainability of the suit, in light of the objection raised on territorial jurisdiction. List on 24th July, 2019.
