The present petition is filed seeking parole for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 90/2010 for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Geeta Colony on the ground that the applicant is suffering from disc prolapsed and is advised for surgery.

The status report indicates that no date for surgery is fixed as on date.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition afresh as and when the date for surgery is fixed.
