The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following relief:

"Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on 3rd Spell of Furlough of two weeks in the FIR no.379/2013, P.S NETAJI SUBHASH PALACE"

Ms. Rupali Bandopadhyay, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/GNCTD has handed over across the bar a copy of the order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the competent authority, to contend that during pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been granted 3rd spell of furlough for a period of two weeks as per the Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
