% 04.08.2016 IA No.9346/2016 This is an application filed on behalf of the parties, inter alia, praying that the decree be passed in terms of the compromise as indicated in the said application. The application is supported by the affidavit of the authorized representative of the parties. The terms of settlement are lawful. The learned counsel for parties further submit that the terms of settlement are to be kept confidential and thus, may not be reproduced in the decree. Insofar as defendant no.2 is concerned, the learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff does not wish to proceed against defendant no.2 and seeks to withdraw the claim made.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

CS(OS) 1931/2012 The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the

parties.
