% 28.03.2016 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the mother of Ravina seeking her production and the production of her 3 years old grand daughter.

When the matter came up for hearing, Ravina was present in court. The matter was then passed over to enable the petitioner and her husband and also Ravina's husband to remain present in court. We had thereafter taken the matter in the chamber and interacted with Ravina and her husband. Ravina submits that she left her matrimonial home out of her own free will along with her 3 years old daughter. Thereafter Ravina, her husband and her in-laws were present in Police Station - Sector23, Dwarka. She further submits that her son is in the custody of her husband although she is entitled to take his custody as well. Ravina submits that she has not informed her whereabouts to her husband and her parents

out of fear, threat and emotional blackmail on their behalf and their persuasion to join the company of her husband whereas for various reasons on account of marital differences she had left her matrimonial home. Ravina has provided her present address to the petitioner. The petitioner, her husband and Ravina's husband submit that they will not interfere in the day to day life of Ravina and would seek appropriate remedy as available in accordance with law.

Parties shall remain bound by the statement made in court. The petition is disposed of.
