% 19.05.2016 CM No.19194/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present petition. Mr.R.C.S. Bhadoria, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled the matter with the respondent and has received a sum of Rs.4.5 lakhs towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner. The same is not disputed on behalf of the respondent.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 11007/2009 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking setting aside award dated 26.02.2009 passed by learned Presiding Officer,

Labour Court-XVI, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in ID No.734/2006 titled as 'Shri Jitender Sharma vs.

Indian Adult Education Association'. The petitioner further seeks directions to the respondent No.1 to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages and continuity of service.

Mr.R.C.S. Bhadoria, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and application bearing No.19194/2016 for withdrawal of the present petition, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.P.VAISH, J MAY 19, 2016/gm
