The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 31.01.2018, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, North East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, pursuant to which the Respondent was acquitted for offence under Section 394/397/411/413 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the respondent snatched the mobile phone of the victim and was caught red handed on the spot. She submits that the order of acquittal has been passed on minor contradictions which are not fatal to the case of the prosecution.

Matter requires consideration.

In view of the above, the leave to appeal is granted and the appeal be numbered as Criminal Appeal ............/2025 (to be numbered).
