By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.1124/2014 under Section 308/34 IPC registered at PS Sultan Puri on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that parties have settled the matter.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report the petitioner is bad character of PS Aman Vihar and involved in as many as six other cases. Further despite directions of this Court the co-accused has not been impleaded as parties.

Considering the other involvements of the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question on the basis of compromise. 4.

Petition is dismissed.
