That the appeal of the appellants, be accepted and a decree for enhanced damages to the tune of Rs.8,18,946 in favour of the appellants & against the respondents may kindly be passed along with interest, thereby modifying the decree dt. 14.12.09 passed by the court of Dr. Kamini Lau, ADJ, Delhi in CS.No. 149/07. (ii). That the cost of the appeal along with cost of the suit may kindly also be allowed in the interest of justice. (iii). Any other relief which this Hon'ble court deam fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the appellants." 3.
