Petitioner had filed the petition contending that respondent had failed to comply with order dated 10.02.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the status report dated 08.08.2019 whereby they have indicated that action has been taken against the offending properties, the petitioners are satisfied and do not wish to press the contempt petition any further.

In view of the above and also keeping in view of the status report of the respondent that appropriate action in accordance with law has been taken, no further order is called for in the petition. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
